This project consists of multi-storey shopping complex and apartment towers.

There are three apartment towers, one not in view. Due to the great slenderness, a circular ring bridge is needed to couple the three tower to reduce floor drift under wind load.

Johor, Tampoi - 40 storey twisted hotel tower and apartment tower (1) View More
This project consist of a 40 storey twisted hotel tower and an apartment tower with a connecting link bridge at mid height. Each floor of the hotel tower rotate 3 degree clockwise. The perimeter columns will be slanted accordingly. The twisting torsion will be transferred to the central lift core. This twisting torsion will then be balanced out at the transfer floor.
